1 shot (30ml) espresso, medium glass. Top with aerated hot milk (1cm froth).

1 shot ( 30ml) espresso, medium glass. Dollop of hot frothy milk.
Short Black
1 shot (30ml) espresso, small cup. Top with hot water.
Long Black
1 shot ( 30ml) espresso, medium cup. Top with hot water.
Mocha Latte
1 heaped teaspoon of powdered drinking chocolate dissolved in hot water. 1 shot (30ml) espresso, large cup. Top with aerated milk (1cm froth).
Flat White
1 shot ( 30ml) espresso, medium cup. Fill with hot water. Top with hot milk.
Hot Chocolate
2 heaped teaspoons powdered drinking chocolate dissolved in hot water. Top with 50% hot milk and 50% froth. Sprinkle with chocolate. Marshmallow to finish.
